Due to receiving a bad service with my last VPS host, I now need a new VPS host and pretty much confused who to purchase a VPS with, i've read some reviews but many of them have their flaws.
I request some help in seeking my new host and my requirements are very basic as we will only need it for very basic tasks for testing phases.
Our requirements are:
Your budget is about what you're looking for, have you checked the VPS offers forum?
farepak check out vpsright.com i recently signed up on them and will post review on webhostingtalk soon, but they have one drawback they accept payments through only paypal and alertpay.
Yeah, I just can't decide who to go with, I just want one that won't let me down -.-
Theres alot of choice but many of them seem independant or new in the industry.
Have you looked at futurehosting.com?
Oh yeah, I just noticed their offer for double ram and 40% off.
I just hope they're reliable although they seem reliable, thanks.
Check UrgentVPS out. They also have some offers, excellent host.
my unmanaged recs are slicehost and linode.
Oh right... -.- after checking again they don't offer the coupon to their silver VPS package.
Out of my budget without coupon :/
Edit: UrgentVPS seems over my budget and not sure whether SliceHost and Linode offer their services in Europe.

I have a couple of VPS's with FH in the Dallas location. Once since Jan 08, and the either one in Feb of this year. No complaints. I have had to put in a couple tickets and they were answered pretty much immediately. They also communicate very well prior to performing maintenance.

Yeah, they seem well organised but it's just out of my budget, I will keep looking around in the VPS Offers section.

How important is the European location to you? The cheapest I found
meeting your criteria is the offer at
http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=886552 but that's US
If you drop the Europe criteria, you can go as low as US $4.66/month:
These query URLs might help:
I wouldn't mind dropping the European requirement depending if it fills all my other requirements and is reliable.
I thank you for the time for looking for them but they really seem independant or new to the industry.
After some thought and reading up on IntoVPS, I decided to try them out for 1 month and see how things go.
Thanks for everyone who helped.
