    Atom 330 temperatures?

Does anyone know what's considered acceptable temperatures on these chips?

I think they are rated upto 125c?

I've got one sitting around 60c in a passive machine and wondering if thats on the toasty side for these. Is going to be run 24x7 so need it to be reliable

    Thanks

According to this the safe operating temperature range seems to be 0c to 85.2c [Note: I dont exactly know how to interpret the information...so I could be wrong]

I was using a tool called Coretemp to find the temperature. After comparing the results from the information in the Bios and a few other tools, it seems the latest version of Coretemp is off by about 30 degrees.

    Thanks for your reply anyway

If the CPU usage is gonna be constantly very high 24x7 then you can expect the temperatures to be more towards the higher end. To be safe get a more efficient heatsink, some extra case fans and keep it in a A/c room.
