I'm looking to maybe switch my dedicated server to a west coast data center if at all possible. Basically, right now I have a pretty good deal of paying $80 a month for a dedicated server, the only issue is, its located on the East Coast and I'm on the West Coast.
Does anyone know of any good Windows Dedicated Server Providers on the West Coast around $80 a month?
Thanks everyone, I'm loving this community, you guys are the best.
I wanted to host some server programs that require a better ping for my clients in the area of CA.
I could care less if I can see it in person, just need the best ping possible.
Windows Server 2008 will cost a minimum of $25/mo for Standard SPLA with 0 markup. $55/mo is not a lot to work with, but it should be do-able if your hardware specs aren't important.
ASTUTE HOSTING: Advanced, customized, and scalable solutions with AS54527 Premium Canadian Optimized Network (Level3, PEER1, Shaw, Tinet) MicroServers.io: Enterprise Dedicated Hardware with IPMI at VPS-like Prices using AS63213 Affordable Bandwidth (Cogent, HE, Tinet) Dedicated Hosting, Colo, Bandwidth, and Fiber out of Vancouver, Seattle, LA, Toronto, NYC, and Miami
Honestly if those are your only requirements I think just about anybody should be able to provide Windows 2008 and a comparable server there. I'm sure lots of good suggestions will still follow here, but make sure you skim the dedicated server offers on this board as well.. there should be no shortage of people wanting to rent you a server around these parts.
