    Key performance indicators for Web Service Industry

    Hello,

    Kindly help me to build Key Performance Indicator for any Web Service Company:

    Total Sales
    Product Wise Sales
    Domestic and International Sales
    Average Revenue Per Customer and Reseller
    Number of Customers and Resellers
    Country wise Presence of Customers and Resellers
    Renewal %
    Ticket Response Time
    Call Pickup Time
    Issue Resolution

    People here probably have better things to do than to help write your policies and KPI's

    That said, you could also consider things like "first resolution %" (issues resolved on first reply, rather than after two or more replies), cancellations that you are able to objection handle and keep as customers

    There are literally many things to consider. Ultimately though, it's your business, so we can't tell you how to measure your success or performance of your agents - you will have different priorities and a different plan of how to suceed.

    I wanted to list all the KPI people measure for their business. and also wanted to know what all tools they use to measure it?

    this will helps any businesses to grow further and on RIGHT DIRECTION.
