I have setup the trial at first but really enjoyed the speed of the server & network, tested for several hours the VPS and decided to signup (as support was working without any issues - bussness hours), the VPS was ready in 3 hours but the passwords are not my (as I typed in signup form) & now I can't access the VPS/WHM or SSH or contact anyone as it's not emergency!
I have overlooked the following facts:
- it seems to me know any billing or support system
- the support is available only in business hours and working days Monday to Friday (quote from sales email):
Technical support is available Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm on 0845 345 0919 (+44 845 345 0919) and by email: [email protected]
I am not fun of phone support as from previous experience with different company impossible to proof of anything what been told over the phone or some unprofessional operators who got no clue about the linux or computers!
Emergency Technical Support
Outside office hours requests for urgent assistance should be directed to our main support number 0845 345 0919 where there is an option to be put through to a duty engineer. This procedure should however only be used for emergency assistance where your VPS or the network is down. It should not be used for routine enquiries.
My point for service:
Network - 10/10
Server hardware - 10/10
Sales - 7/10
Technical Support - 2/10 (should be available 24 hours via email, tickets, live chat & phone)
