    Net Share Command error

Would anyone be able to decipher the following error?

If I run a NET SHARE command, I get a list of all my shared folders on my E:\ drive.

I then run the following command on the source server to collect and transport the shares to my new server:

Send-SmigServerData -ComputerName nutchmilonfs02 -SourcePath e:\ -DestinationPath e:\ -Recurse -Include All –Force
The items in red are my destination servers name (the temp server), then the source of the shared files (in the root of E:\) and the target on the destination server (in the root of E:\)

The issues I see are PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35, cannot be loaded, which seems to generate, Assembly cannot be resolved! But there is the; Error (Id=0) The source path does not have any associated shares to migrate. At the end, probably caused by the Public Token issue.

Any ideas of where I can get some guidance on this? The SendSvrMigDataCommand function is not documented well anywhere.

I'm not sure why it isn't working, but the bit at the top about assemblies and public key tokens is where it is trying to load assemblies from the Windows 2008 R2 then the Windows 2008 OS and discovering they don't exist before it finds the Windows 2003 version. Doesn't look like an error, just the program working out what OS it is on.
