Question Changin default file permissions for one account in whm?

My default file permissions are 644 and a client wants me to change the defaults for new files to be 755, can i do this for only his account or do i need to change it for the whole server. Is it safe to have 755?

    i run latest cPanel 11.24.5-R38506 - WHM 11.24.2 - X 3.9
    CENTOS 5.3 i686 standard

Default permissions can be altered using umask but I do not think files can be set to be executable (755) by default. This will have to be done manually.
