    Hey,

Was looking towards the reseller plans of IGXHost

Anyone has any experience with them? Using them or something.

Your inputs would be really appreciated.

I've never used like just like Death, but I've talked with the owner or at least an employee before and they were very friendly, not to mention I've seen about four or five good reviews on here, so I'd assume they are a fairly good host.
Not sure what to put here :-P

They seem to be off in the right direction. Why not give them a try and review back in about a month

I currently have a website with them. Good response times and uptime. I was recently moved to a new server and R1Soft isn't working yet, but when it does their R1Soft daily backups are great to have.

I have heard about them. But I have a feeling they are a bit new to this market and possibly due to that not many reviews can be found

I would go with IGXHost.com, they're great and friendly. They have some real nice servers and the ticket times are quick.

Hello and thanks for all the positive comments. Our current servers are indeed at WiredTree but any new hosting servers will be deployed in North Carolina at UberBandwidth from now on.

That is a very useful tool to test your upload/download speeds to the UberBandwidth datacenter at the North Carolina location.

Any specific reasons for shifting from WiredTree to UberBandwidth?

Reason is because we started to purchase our own hardware and UberBandwidth seems to be a good place for us to start colocating with. We will still be keeping our WiredTree Chicago servers of course so if you're already currently hosted on a Chicago server you will not be moved, don't worry.

Here's an IP of a server we currently have sitting there if you'd like to give it a try: 67.23.187.130

Additionally, you may also want to try out this tool as mentioned above: http://speed.uberbandwidth.com/

If you require a demo for cPanel/WHM, I highly recommend you go to the one that's on the cPanel website. We don't actually host the demo accounts on our own servers since it is open to abuse and security issues.

Welcome on board. I've been with them for under a month and so far things are smooth. Pings times a bit high as my server is in their WiredTree facility. But, that's fine with me

I'm waiting to try out R1Soft CDP integration with cPanel.

IGXHost are good. Took the jump and signed up with one of their other plans back in August, when they had a 20% off for life deal which was great.

Support tix are usually in < 20 minutes for me; had one that went for about 12 hours, but was escalated and resolved as soon as I gave it a bump.

I signed up 3 days ago with IGX, shared plan professional.
This morning there was an email saying the shared plans are sold to another host, snoork.com
I could only find limited information about them on this forum.
    Does anyone know about them?
    Is snoork.com reliable? fast? supportive?
    sigh...

Are valid, I think you had best ask their sales regarding the questions below:
