I would like to add some notes to the review and for future reviews on this forum if there will be any others
We are not perfect... Everyone has problems regardless of who that company is.
We had issues in the last 2 months, I think 4 total issues for some of our clients. We are not trying to hide anything.
Everyone states that they will offer the best uptime on the market or the best support a.s.o. Well, that is just marketing, sorry guys, and don't get me wrong, it sells pretty good but I don't like that.
Our clients or potential clients need to know that problems can appear and that nobody is perfect.
There are too many things that can lead to a downtime and many of those things are independent of the hoster. Giving this and many other things it's rude (and a chance of 99.99% you are trying to lie) to state that you are the best unless you know every company that offer hosting services which is almost impossible today.
We try to offer the best we can, we are not trying to compete for "I am the best" here.
