Something regularly looking for RSS feeds

I'm new to this forum, so hello.

I've been trying to figure out why I keep getting someone, or something, looking for RSS feeds on a site I run. Every day I notice in the logs hits from the same block of IP's looking for:
xml/rss.xml, index.xml, index.rdf, index.rss, atom.xml, feed, atom, and feed/atom. It all happens in a few seconds, and they always seem to be coming from softlayer.com. I've not heard of a way to hack a system like this, and I don't advertise any feeds from where they're looking, so I don't know what to make of it.
Anyone else ever hear of something like this?

I was going to do that, but if it's innocent, I don't want to block them. I just think it's odd that it's every day, and the same files.
