I still haven't moved any critical apps over but am initially impressed with the speed of the VPS and the support.
I found many negative reviews for VPSVille out there but that's typcially all you find for products/services when looking at review. Unfortunately people rarely submit a review when they're happy, only when they have complaints.
We check all outstanding support tickets every hour just to make sure nothing slipped by when we were busy, but it can happen. Its also possible our support considers the issue closed, and you don't. Many people ask for help with things we don't support and we're usually clear on that in our reply.
In either case, contact support (in the same ticket with your technical query) and ask for an update.
