How do I change MX record w/DOTREGISTRAR?

I have a domain that is still registered with dotregistrar. I do not use them anymore, because they are a real pain (in my opinion) and support is horrible & they are expensive.

I spent a good portion of tonight navigating their wacky interface, and have no idea how to change a MX record on a domain. Can this even be done on their goofy interface they provide???

Any help is greatly appreciated, since I am sure they will be in no rush to answer my support ticket.

Thanks...

Please correct me if I am wrong, but I believe this task is done by your hosting company.
