Hi, I thought it twice before I post this, but I really can't stop myself. I'd like to express my opinion on the Ubersmith software and specifically the billing function of it. I'm fortunately not an owner of this script but unfortunately I have to do with it because others that bill me use it. Well, I give to it a vote ... 0 ...that's a zero. I believe that they should take it back and rewrite it, so common people, with common sense can understand it and work with it. I had to do with this software 3 months now and it has created me only problems and questions.
Of course it depends on how you use it..yes sure..maybe...but from what I have seen the problems are more deep from what bad usage from me (client login) or admins, can cause.
That's all, forgive me if I had to comment bad on this software but it caused me real problems and stress.
Would be helpful if you could breathe deeply, relax, and then provide us with some information as to the problems you have encountered and you specific criticism. Is it just that it isn't intuitive or did it not take your entries, etc. That would alert potential users to those issues, might encourage some who have solved the problems to assist you, and might assist the vendor in improving the product.
As someone who has not used Ubersmith, I cannot assist you. However, I am sure others will. It does support my reason for not choosing to use it. It just appeared a bit too crude for me-not intuitive and not a very easy to use layout. I thought it might be just me.

In any case I'm just not satisfied from how this script works (specially when money is what the script handles) and it caused me problems. That's all. Forgive me again if you believe that I overpassed some accepted limits .
Didn't mean to imply at all that you had overpassed any limits. Just thought some details would be useful to others as well as to me. I am sorry you removed your post as it certainly helped demonstrate the reasons for your frustration. (I sure found the information provided to you to be confusing).
