The socket 775 (for your mobo and cpu) are out of date and have already been replaced by the new socket LGA1156 used by new P55 chipset motherboards and Core i5 (and some i7) CPU's from Intel. I would recommend going for that instead, the technology is both much better, more efficient and also would allow a better upgrade path in the future.
Also, the ezcool PSU's are not really high quality. They aren't by any means the worst, however, I would recommend getting a standalone PSU from a brand with better reputation - wouldn't want your PC going "boom" one day!
