Selling Hosting company due to Military Leave

Hello,

I've owned a hosting company for a year and it's done very well for a semi start up.

I have 25 users on a USA server and 91 users on a offshore server along with 15 vps's on a offshore vps.

Over all the business makes about 880 USD a month along with every 3 month payments 6month and yearly payments over all about 12,000 USD a year.

I can not sell the current servers they are on as I need to return them after you take them off my hands. I am selling the clients along with the domains and whmcs everything you need to start the business just not the servers.

Of course if you have any questions please reply to the forum or PM me. I'll try to respond ASAP.

The company is pretty stable, I just can no longer own the company as I'm being recalled into service shortly and wont be near enough to a computer to support the users if any issues come up while I'm "out".

How many users pay monthly? What are the plans like for the shared clients? Would you sell the US clients seperate from the rest?

Chris,

23 of the usa users pay monthly. I'd rather not split them up but will consider it if nobody is interested in the whole package.

All shared clients (offshore or usa) are cpanel based.

So, by the time they pay 1 invoice they have another due? thats like letting them have the month free and then with in that 30 days they can find a new host and not pay the invoice and get free hosting from you.

if i am reading this right Person A signs up, pays and gets 60 days of hosting then moves if they choose to? 2 months for the price of 1.

Are the 25 us clients Shared Reseller or VPS? Can you be specific?

They get suspended after 7 days, so in theory, they only have an extra 7 days "free."

Email sent.

And yes. The clients can get a "7 days free" from me. But it's a lot more fair then suspending it if they're late a day or so.

I figure that being nice was the way to get people. It works and people really apprcated the contact and the fact they have a cushion to pay.

To the rest:

For the last month I've been away on leave so I have not been able to service the servers and keep them stable. We have had a LOT of down time but with alittle bit of forum marketing and making sure the server stay stable people will show no problem. With the site and the history THP has this is a great buy.

What do your monthly expenses look like? Primarily the two servers and the VPS? Also, do the offshore clients need to remain offshore?

The offshore clients need to remain offshore and my expenses are not relative as I own my servers. So I profit more than if you have to rent the servers dedicated.

Again the servers are not a part of the sale.

Hi, can you please PM me your asking price? I am sorry but I do not understand, do you own the offshore servers as well? i.e. are your servers colocated?

Thanks
