    ITIL / ITSM, anyone?

Do any of the bigger hosts here follow any of the ITIL standards / processes, I'm looking into it for a new service / project and wondering if anyone here follows. I previously worked for a managed hosting company providing services to the likes of National Express and Cadburys and they followed all this quite strictly, but I've yet to see any of it implimented elsewhere.

    Thanks

From the lack of replies here, I'm guessing either no-one uses this, or no-one knows what I'm talking about!

I tend to follow a lightweight version of ITIL to keep things structured.

To answer your question, I do not following it in my small company. Yet, in my regular job, we follow itil. I work in a large enterprize environment. I guess we have to follow it. Heck, most of my co-workers don't even realize they follow it or even know what itil is.

Personally, I don't like it. I prefer the small shop mentality.

You usually see it in the enterprise. I follow its guidelines when I can
