    Unhappy Geekstorage down?

    I'm hosted with Geekstorage, and I've had them for a few months. All my websites went down around 11 hours ago. I waited a few hours, and submitted a support ticket finally around 4:24AM my time. It is now 1pm (8 1/2 hours), and still no response. I have a very important website hosted with them and I'm very disappointed. Their support has been pretty bad lately. They really are starting to let go or something. Before I would get a response about 10 minutes later, now its 14 hours up to 3 days.

    Anyone else having these issues?
    I use GeekStorage for all my hosting needs. They truly are the best.

    Are you using a VPS or Reseller account with them, if you are using a VPS, have you tried to reboot it?

    Glad to hear you got it sorted, though I'm a little surprised it took so long to get a ticket response but those things happen sometimes especially over night

    Thanks. It was actually that I got banned from their router. Who would have thought?
