no, I'm not client from them, but I know it's my fault because I were not renew the domain from the expired period, and when I relize the domain has been take over by portfoliobrains.com, I don't know what the advantages for them to taking my domain, because the domain name is localy name, and has nothing Page Rank on it, it just organization domain name, but it very impotant for me.
I think portfoliobrains, is kind of bot domain who always take over domains, I saw from domaintools.com they have about 121,897 domains name.
If you have same situation with me please share how to fix this.

hrpo they could be back subscribers, they get the domain permission since u haven't taken an effort to renew domain with in the time period.
You could get from portfolio but the domain wouldn't be cheap as earlier, that's guaranteed.

You do not need to contact them at all. Just renew your domain name asap or you will lose it

Care to elaborate a bit?

In the title, you sound like they stole it from you.
You didn't renew it, and they re-registered it.
If they don't answer you, you can use an agent, like Sedo, GoDaddy AfterMarket etc. but it won't be cheap.
Oh, and it is not your domain name. It is just a domain name, probably one of the strangest merchandise in the history. Although it is called "Domain", it is no one's domain, no matter who found or thought of it first. No one can own it. You can use it as long as you pay the rent.

Even if you are able to contact them, I don't think you will be prepared to pay the price they want for your domain. Save yourself a lot of grief and find yourself an alternative domain name.

So very true. A domain does not belong to any one in particular. You pay for its use for a period in time ie 1 year, 2 years, 3 years etc. Once you chose not to renew (after they send you emails to renew etc) it is understood that you give up the right to use that domain and someone else is now given the right for a certain time period

just for the info, I had a domain with enom around 4yrs back, I stopped renewing it as I didn't have a need for it later on, just thought of acquiring my domain again but it was with some agent. When contacted the agent, the price which they gave me creeps a real heart attack, This was their reply : - $25,000 USD, but is willing to entertain a reasonable offer.
I purchased the domain @ that time for around $12 and I was ready to spend around $30 but when I got that reply I couldn't just digest it, @ first my domain was under 100k alexa rank but now its range is some where over 9000k, still the price u can see above and they were considering some reasonable offer itseems
so if u r ready to spend such big bucks u can get ur old domain, or else try for different extension if they are available as u can have the main keywords in them as well.
