Tickets/Helpdesk
I want a helpdesk that users have to create a profile to use the helpdesk...
I want a helpdesk with different levels of tickets.. i.e. normal, urgent, and emeregency
I want to be able to program emergency tickets to either set off a beeper or a cell phone..
I want a clean easy to use format and easy admin control panel...
Where can I get such a product?

Lirath, one thing about emergency tickets is that your clients will rate even the smallest thing an emergency.

Perldesk lets you do all of those things - well, it will page you, but there isn't a separate cellphone option that I know of.

You'll probably have people put in priority one tickets to find out how to ftp or something simple like that...

Perl Desk is good and you can certainly have a copy of the tickets sent to your cellphone or pager. I've done that. Works great. It's also free.
