Of course it depends from Dc and number of orders it has, availability if server you order. But usually this time takes from 3 up to 24 hours. If the server you order is not available then much more time is needed. I believe you need to call them or email and ask about the set up time.

24-48 hours is typical server setup time, but weekends can add to time at some providers.
As other posters have mentioned, anti-fraud measures can add to the setup time if your order is flagged -- but typically they do notify you in some way (e.g. emailing or telephoning you to tell you, or to request further information).
All that said, definitely call or email the provider if you are concerned about the setup time and see what they can do for you.

24 hours or less is always the best policy especially if it is only for a single solution. Availability also plays a factor, you should contact the provider and get an ETA if one was not given when the order was placed.
