I'm trying to cancel my server with singlehop, but not getting any response.
They have a site just for cancellations, that promises instant reclaim of server.. http://cancel.singlehop.com/ .. and I've entered my info there, but then it said someone would get back to me.
I submitted that Friday. Today I was invoiced for the next 3 months of service.
Their online support system doesn't work. I get an error message ("Error") when trying to create a support ticket. This is very annoying.
I suppose their billing dept. is away on a long weekend and on autopilot.
Anyone else have trouble canceling a singlehop server?
I had trouble myself but it was resolved when I did the whole ticket thingy a while ago.
If you submitted an e-mail just wait another day to ensure someone reads it. Probably just a mistake on their system that billed you for the next three months.

Our sales/billing hours are listed on the website as Monday through Friday, so if it was after your Account Executive's hours on Friday, that may be why you did not yet receive a response, we are going through all of the tickets that came in over the weekend now, so you should definitely hear from your Account Executive today.
