Starting Again When its Shutdown... Suggestion please...

    Dear God,

This is to notify you that your VPS has been either stopped or rebooted due to your VPS producing a large load on the node to the point that it is effecting the experience of our other customers. Please modify your VPS accordingly, as we cannot allow your VPS to continue to run while disturbing other customers. You are free to start your VPS at any time.

    Thank you,
Any idea for how it automaticaly start again when its shoutdown by a systems ??

It would be wise to find out why you are getting that message instead of just rebooting your vps again. Your host may suspend you after time.

Likely an attack hitting your mail server or maybe it's compromised and being used for spam. No telling what's actually causing the box to burst and stick with a high load. I'd recommend optimizing Apache and applying src limits to connections into dovecot. At least lower the max connections and processes.
