Still Working with OpenVZ and HyperVM

Well I must say I followed OpenVZ instructions and install OpenVZ on CentOS 5.3 64bit (x84_64) and it worked great. Now my question is now. Do I just download and install hyperVM with its script
"# sh ./hypervm-install-master.sh --virtualization-type=none" and it should it work fine with OpenVZ on a 64bit OS.

    Thanks
