About the company: The company was established in late January 2008, and has been striving ever since. We are a registered LLC, colocate, have all our bills paid, and have no debts. The business is mainly a VPS company, however we also have shared, reseller, dedicated, and ShoutCast customers, and domains.
Why the company is being sold: In the long run, I don’t have time for it really. I am working two jobs and cannot devote the time I would like to too the company.

Also, how many domains do your clients have registered through you (if any), and what % of the 'revenue' is coming from them. Considering that they're essentially valueless unless you've got high markup on them.
Would also like to know the actual costs to the colocation, location as per previous question, etc. The more details the merrier, information regarding the colo. contract, bw, power expenses / etc. would also be nice.
