dreamhost deleted all sites and cancel the account without any notifications!
they just say "Customer agrees to not engage in activities pertaining to Black Hat SEO, Spamdexing, and so-called "Scraper sites."
but i have nothing of that. maybe some mistake have happend and some content was uploaded wrongly... Why not to ask to remove that?
i just have web-site like directory with google adsence and thats all off it!
i can you beleive before the cancelation thay send me a letter that my money that i gave them for next year is happily got!

Call them. Try to solve the problem and explain things for them.
maybe your account was hijacked and you might need to invistigare that

Reference the two threads I linked in my initial response... They are not conducive to "working things out" unless things have drastically changed.

Work on what??? I mean they are welcome to contact the provider and to try and get a backup or the account restored but if you read the threads I linked you will learn that's not likely to happen...

This is why I download a copy of my websites at least once a week to my home computer.

Worst case scenario, I lose a week of data. If any of my sites were REAL important (as in made me money) I'd do it daily!

Never count on someone else to keep your data safe, secure or available. Especially someone like Dreamhost.

If you really value the content on your site and if it is really crucial to you then you will always have a backup on your computer.

Sorry to hear that. I do not know what you have done but usually big companies care less about a customer's problem

I'm sure they would provide you with a backup file of your stuff, especially since they deleted everything. It's still your data and I assume they make backups of some type.

And again, OP has only 4 posts when this was posted.

This is where most people make their mistake... Never assume anything and even when they say that they do it, still maintain your own backups.
