I got this PM from one WHT user who resell Kayako and other helpdesk licenses, they pointed me fact about Licensepal advertise -
Well I have heard from some people they are good but majority of people I've talked to don't like them plus the fact they false advertise on their site (http://kayako.licensepal.com/) says "You will still get a login at the Kayako client area and support is provided directly by Kayako" but if you look at resellers.kayako.net it clearly says: "Who will handle end user customer support?
As a reseller it is your responsibility to support your clients. Each Owned license resold includes 90 days of Support & Upgrades."
How much is this true?
Who provides support? Licensepal or the software vendor?
