Their website implies that they operate in the UK (based on one of their phone numbers), but based on any of the names they use, they are not a registered company in the UK. They might be in the Netherlands, though.
If you need a temporary VPS for some brief testing, I wouldn't mind throwing you one free of charge - would depend on how long you'd need it for though
EuroVPS used to be pretty active on the forums; I'm not sure what is going on over there. If you have tried contacting them via all methods of contact then I would try to dispute the charge and move on.
Sorry to hear about your experience though.

That's strange. Maybe it was a temporarily problem because I used that emailadres several times and I give it to people that ask me for a good host. They mostly get there questions answered within 10 minutes!
Their mail server is broken, nice! Hope nobody else needed to submit support tickets.
Well I can vouch for the fact that their mail server is definitely not "broken". I emailed them yesterday to have my support panel password reset, the email I used was [email protected] and I got a response within 5 minutes from a support tech with a ticket #, and a resolution in less than 20 minutes.
I also know for a fact that Eurovps asks that support tickets go through your support panel, not email. The email you receive when you lodge a support panel ticket even says explicitly at the bottom not to reply to them by email and to reply within the support panel. That is quite likely the reason you did not get a reply after your initial reply from them.
Either way I've personally been with Eurovps for over 3 years, and they've been around longer than that - and that's a lot longer than most vps hosts have been in existence. It's a very professional operation.
The ticket was already dealt , however we were expecting a reply from the customer , which was not unfortunately not done from the customers end. I have already posted a PM with the OP with our reply with the required details .
nerdie , let me know if you are still interested in going with us and I would be glad to set you up. I believe this is all a problem with getting used to our systems, which I am sure would go away
