I have decided to take the plunge with Wired Tree and their Hybrid1 VPS for my next project.
I shot over a sales ticket on Friday afternoon and had a comprehensive response answering all my questions (and more) within 5 minutes. Amazing response time. They seem to know what they are on about and I had no hesitation on deciding to go with them. I will be signing up for the package next week and will give my 3 month review when the time comes around.
But so far so good and if their response times are anything to go by, I think I may have found a great host.
First of all I agree that WiredTree.com is a top notch VPS provider. I should know first hand as I have been a customer since January 2008, almost 2 years

Shouldn't the thread title technically state pre-sales rather than support? Unless your VPS was provisioned about 14 hours ago and you submitted several support related tickets since then. Then it would be a less than 24 hours support thread.
The great thing is that its not just their Sales Department who respond promptly, their Technical Support is just as quick.
They are life savers too. I accidentally (automatically) updated wordpress and my custom theme i had created was gone. I was dumb enough not to keep a backup, but the tech took some time and found my theme in a back up and restored it without any downtime.
I will be staying with Wired Tree for a long time to come.
Really great, even in some managed shared hosts technical stuff tells you to do it on your own.
wired tree seems to be the perfect solution for all customers who needs support.
