    BuzzServers, SharedLayer, and everyone at Graxis, Inc.

    I can only say the very best about this company! They helped me set up my VPS and helped me through all of my little problems and the server was launched within a day!

    This is a great company that i will definitely do much more business with

    If you're still a customer could you provide a domain that you have with them or something to verify it?

    First: I really don't care about verifying it for you and secondly i don't host a domain with them, i use it for my email marketing and also an exchange server.

    We do however have 6 servers there

    If you wouldn't care to verify the legitimacy of your review, then don't post. =D
    also, if incase you change your mind about verifying your review, hit the report button and give the wht staff the IP address you got from your server so they can verify this review. =D

    Believe it or not, this support team is very slow !
    Very slow reply.

    For support i can give point 1-10 is 4 !!

    Very Bad !!!!

    Very bad responds, just like don't want to help customer, my ticket is never replied for 3 days.

    I already asking many times ! Bad !!!

    There aren't any SUPPORT tickets overdue for more than 3 days as far as I see.

    In there i just asking about how to pay your product, because your special offers can't ordered.

    And i think your support team should responds ticket quickly, because i'm asking before buying. If you reply before we buy very bad, how to help emergency with my server next?

    You should reply a.s.a.p and don't make customer wait 2-3 days. If you said no ticket unresponds until 3 day, so how about me (2 day ?) Do you mean you need to wait 2 day for reply ticket?

    That's a BILLING ticket. My department has nothing to do with this so I'm not sure why you said our support is "slow"
    This is not really the place for me to say all this but you have one unpaid invoice and nothing's wrong with 2checkout so there's no reason why you can't pay.

    can't agree

    I don't agree with anyone who gives this company a bad review. Ticket support is a little slow but live chat is usually online and has great response time.

    There is no ticket with that Ticket ID within our system.
    WHT is not a helpdesk for our company, nor is it a platform to force us into giving refunds or answering to tickets faster then we already are doing.

    I'm fed up. I just wish for one month without a problem I always think no I will continue and give them a 2nd chance but there's always another problem. I have servers with other providers in other countries and not once have I had any problem with them at all my servers function perfectly and networks too.

    I've been with them for over 4 months now, and I've never had an issue with the network or the server. They had an IP routing issue recently but that didn't affect me somehow as the IP's still work for me =)

    the IP routing issue didn't effect me either but they had the problem solved very quickly for those that it did effect.
