Look for HoneLive, they usually have some deals running on a server similar to that and should fit in your budget.

His username is HNLV here on the forums so give him a hollar I'm sure he can hook you up with what you want.

I'm a happy client myself with hurricane.hostmist.com running on a Dual core there.
    Nothing here right now.

managed or unmanaged both are ok for us..

am looking for managed or unmanaged both options.

we have engineers who can take care of server admin.

thats not an issue...but we need good uptime data center.

Do you have any specific geographical location in mind? If your target market is US & Europe then you may be looking towards the East Coast US. Similarly, if US & Asia then West Coast US.

For unmanaged systems your price range should be fine.

Hey, just let me point you to the right product,
you asked for centos 5.3 32Bit, you should look a 64Bit insted of 32Bit.
in that way you will benefit from the 8gb ram.
32Bit is limited to 4Gb of ram, unless you put PAE kernel, its better to go with 64bit, it will support the 8GB out of the box.

For most applications, including Apache, 32bit is still faster. Only a handful of applications are actually faster as 64bit, notably databases.
