This doesn't exist in Australia.

Bandwidth here is ridiculously expensive.

Okay, All I need is an account where I can host 5-6 domains,
bandwidth should be 10-15G/month for the whole account.
Also I'll need a com.au domain for my costumer. He has no any Australian identity.
