WHMCS will only generate a turn-up email when it is set to "Instant, after order is received).
When the message is sent it is not the WHM info it is whatever I put into the server settings in WHMCS. If I put server IP as xxxxx.205 in the settings and I have the WHM Package to xxxxx.207, It sends xxxxx.205 to the customer. If I generate an account manually or any other mode the message never gets sent.
I mentioned this on the WHMCS Forum and the staff wrote a reply: It is sent after the account has successfully been created on the server.
After that they moderate all my messages before they are posted.
Does anyone know a work around for this, as a turn-up email is very important and I really wanted it automated.
