I have been hosted with IGXHost.com for a little under a month now after purchasing a reseller account with them to host many of my sites as well host a few friend's sites.

Overall I am very satisfied with the service that they offer. Upon ordering and immediately after placing my payment my service was setup and I was already ready to get started transferring my site from my previous service. We had some issues after the account was setup but they were fixed fairly promptly as they were kind of enough to move me to another server right away in order to resolve the issue I was having with my reseller account.

Not sure what I have missed with this, although I have had a few issues with their service that were very minimal and they were fixed in a very timely manner.

Overall: 9/10 would definitely recommend their service

The issue had to deal with accounts not being configured properly upon setup on my reseller account never found out exactly how the issue is or would have been resolved as they moved me to a new server and it solved the problem.
