So in essence you want to make the DNSme monitor think your server is down when in reality it's not (allowing it to continue serving other websites as normal). That should be possible but it really depends on what you're monitoring, eg. does the monitor just open a connection to port 80? Or does it attempt to load a page and read the HTTP response (normally 200 - OK)? Or (best of all) does it load a full page and check for a keyword you expect to find somewhere in the page? Once you know what the monitor's looking for it may well be obvious how to feed it a "server's down" signal, but if not, come back with that information and someone will suggest a way.
