Hello freer. Yes, we are looking to expand our hosting services to multiple locations and platforms. At the same time we're also working on rolling out our new VPS product line.
In regards to the live chat personnel, they're there to handle basic sales inquiries and level 1 support issues most of the time. Although they may attempt to help with more advanced, difficult, or even private information sensitive issues, they'll most likely refer you to the helpdesk for those.
