My main domain is www.hostod.co.uk, I also have www.hostondemand.co.uk parked

I was told that I needed to redirect all of hostondemand.co.uk pages to hostod.co.uk ... is that correct?

I used hostod.co.uk for PageRank score. I'm seeing your site mentioned on Google on a review site on page 1 position 10 for "Host on Demand"

The first listing I found for Google was on page 17 for your privacy.html page. Were you ever listed higher? I don't think you should expect too much with only 20 incoming links showing (yahoo explorer) and a fairly competetive keyword. Many of the top sites listed for that keyword are .edu and .gov sites along with ibm.com .

yeah, but why would just the privacy page be found?

Backlinks to your website are the key to getting indexed in hours. The way that Google determines when to index your site is either by putting you in a line via webmaster tools, or by finding your site via their crawler.

It can take months to get indexed without any backlinks, so it is essential that you build backlinks pointing to your site.
