Q: What if I don't know anything about dedicated servers, will you help me?
A: Of course we will, Just make sure you select a managed dedicated server, and our support team will be happy to help with any server related issues or questions you have.
Q: On your managed servers, if some services are down, should I submit a ticket or do you handle this automatically?
A: If your server is down or some services are down, we will login to your server right away and fix it. Your server is monitored 24/7 via our monitoring system.
Q: Is your management service proactive?
A: Yes! Once we notice your server is overloading or if there is a problem with your server, we will login to your server and investigate it and fix it.
Q: If I order a 1st month free server, do I have to sign a long term contract?
A: Billing does not start until 2nd month. You would be billed month-to-month With our first month free servers, and can canel at any time, as long as you give us notice prior to next billing cycle.
Q: Why is the set up fee lower on your unmanaged vs managed 1st month free offers?
A: With our managed servers, we include cPanel, Complete Admin Plan, Server Monitoring, server setup, etc. These added services are a much higher value than the small set up fee we require. This is to insure the cPanel license is paid, server setup and hardening is performed, and to make sure our support team is fairly compensated for the fantastic work they do. This is really a small price to pay for these services, and really doesn't even pay for these added service.
Q: What's the difference in Reactive vs. Proactive?
A: With reactive server management, you must "request" services to be performed - You must know what to request. With proactive server management, we monitor, manage, update your server and when notified by our monitoring system of an issue we login to your server and fix it. This requires very little if any intervention by you. If you ever see an issue in your server, simply tell our support team and they will troubleshoot it, and fix it.
Q: Is it really true that I can send unlimited tickets?
A: Yes, as long as you ordered a Proaxxs managed server, and it's related to the server problem.
Q: Do you update the script of my clients?
A: Only if you order the Premium management package with end user support.
Q: Are there any discounts if I have all my servers managed by you?

Q: Do you do 3rd party software installs on my server?
A: With our Complete Plus and Premium Admin Plans, we will do all 3rd party software installs you require. All other admin plans will be charged at hourly server administration rate.
Q: Are there any hidden fees?

A: Yes. We keep your password and other server details protected and only those responsible techs have access to them.
Q: If you do end user support, how do you set this up and would my customer know?
A: The best way to handle this is to set up a help desk or billing/support type system such as clientexec or WHMCS. Then set up a staff account so our techs can login to answer all your support tickets. You will need to set up mail forwarders to notify us when a ticket is opened. This is all done through your help desk so your customer would receive replies coming from you, with the signature you supply. Your customer would never be contacted directly through email.
