Question

Just wondering why this thread should be closed down? I personally think it's a topic, although controversial, which should remain open.

Just my opinion. Does anyone agree or can anyone tell me why it was closed?

Thanks

I wonder myself. I started the topic when the one on moderators was closed. To see it closed makes me question other things about this site. I was going to offer help as a moderator and have reconsidered. I think they limit some discussion too much and have links to some questionable sites.

I agree Duster. I took the trouble to reply to Matty's request for help (moderators) but not even a polite no thanks to the email I sent. In later posts on the same thread Matty ignored the question of what would be said of a hosting company responding so poorly to customers. Its looking more and more like if you aren't "favored" dont expect much. No wonder people like "Getting_Out" feel the way they do when the "unbiased critics" demonstrate the same things they are so fast to criticize. Censorship and non replys, selective responses.... sound familiar?
btw Matty although this name isnt registered thats only cos for ages early in the year I got sick of trying to register it and yes it is the only one I post under and nope I dont have a hosting company represented here.

Thumbs up

I am really sorry!

I kept meaning to reply to your email, at least to let you know the status. When I post the request for moderators I thought I'd have the backend for HI completely shortly after, however far from it. Check your mail now.

Exclamation

Matty???
No offense,(well maybe a little), Is this not a forum for the public or is this Matty's forum where topics will be discussed IF Matt THINKS they are within context.

This may be YOUR site but I don't think any of us come here to have YOU doing our thinking for us.

Seems more to me that as soon as you start getting picked on you slap a padlock on the topic. I would like to know EXACTLY how the conversations posted in that topic were out of context?! Could you please explain?

Sorry folks I guess I went and said too much because I'm sure this thread will be shut down as well.

Remember everyone, Matty owns this site, whatever he feels he wants on it he is allowed to have on it.

Stop complaining if you want a forum where people can run free and say what you want start your own.

That was a defense?

Sorry but I see it as "IF you don't like it then hit the road"

I'm outta here....AND I'm removing the link on my site to this "forum".
