Burst problem and no solution yet :(
Hi all anyone here can help me?
i don't know what are happening with my server but i can't connect with remote desktop it's slow and i receive disconnect, also my ping is really bad some times nice and other time bad

its from my pc to server but i have latency problem when i ping from my softlayer server to this burstnet dedicated too...
my question is when i ping burst site i don't have any problem ... only with my server
what the hell is this
already have sent some emails (Ticket) to burst but nothig (2 days - with this problem).

There does seem to be a packet loss, but are you sure it's not due to something you're running on your server?

burstnet already have restarted server and problem still on so ... network problem i think

You should not state it's a network problem can't prove it.
I ran some test's and the problem really looks to be in your server.
Check the server for high load, if this problem has going on since you received the server it might be a nic/cable our something else.

Try to ping an IP right before the server (like gateway for your server, f.e.) see if result would be different.

I've asked support to look into a NIC or cable issue. I've verified that no other customers are experiencing this issue and the switch seems to be performing well.
