As many of you know, email running through our servers is a real headache - at least it can be at certain times.
As of late, I have contacting many of my clients and switching them over to Google Apps - primarily for email solutions to help make my servers more efficient and also open them up to a more scalable email solution - among many other things.
So I am wondering...
Is there some way to automate this so that when my customer signs up, and their account is configured via WHMCS - it automatically configures the MX records and sets them up with email via Google Apps?
Is there some way besides manually calling and migrating my clients to Google Apps email?
Those links are mostly just for utilizing Google Apps.. I am looking for ways to integrate it into my hosting business and make it become a default for email solutions versus using my server to handle email.
Anyone else able to help me out? Any suggestions or ideas?
Yeah, but then I still have to instruct the user how to configure their Google Apps.. and they will probably be wondering why their email doesn't work by default until I make them aware that we use Google Apps by default.
