What do you think Ripped or template?
I was on a quest for an affordable VPS hosting and came across a website that looked really familiar. Now im leaving this up to the experts. Did someone rip someone or is this a template?
http://www.rivalhosting.com
and
http://sitepenguin.com/
Now I saw this design on the forum before but I just cannot recall where. If you find the design please post it here because I think that design had some controversy behind it

I would check to see how close the ips are and to look at the registar to see who is the registrant.
I have seen quite a few hosting companies create multiple sites for some reason.Giving my opinions and thoughts the Moxie Way

I am pretty sure it is a template, because i have seen this on many other hosts in my venture. But it could have been a design then ripped and released.

I am the CEO of SitePenguin Ltd. I purchased this design from the creator of it and paid $140.00 for everything. This is very frustrating.

Was it purchased as 'unique' ? when & from whom ?
Obviously you thought it was 'unique', but is that how it was sold to you ?
Seems to me it's either a 'rip off/con' or 'non unique template'.
If it a 'non unique template', it might annoy you, but it's not realy a problem,
just live with it, at least for now._____________________________________________________________

It was sold to me over a year ago as unique and I've already assigned a team of people to create a new design for me. You see we (at SitePenguin) believe in being unique from everyone else in everything.

rivalhosting looks like its a ripped the logo is far from a designed logo it looks plain stupid... the way it is... I would say hands down that it is SitePenguin's template.

That looks like a Zoodia design to me. If it was, it was bought unique.
