I need a web host who uses ICD Soft !
I really want to host my site on ICDSoft but I don't want to pay annually. If you are a ICDSoft reseller of know of one, please tell me the website; but only if month-to-month billing is offered.
Thank you.

There are many good alternatives if you're not looking to pay annually. Though even if you find a reseller of them you will still be paying Annually since there payment terms aren't any different for resellers.

Softlayer in Dallas also offers Savvis as well as 4 other redundant network providers and an additional 4 peering providers.
ICD wouldn't be the only provider using Savvis and as such wouldn't be your only option.

You will find plenty of other web hosts offering monthly payment options. Look for a host that meets your needs, and see if their data center offers Savvis. I know for a fact Softlayer offers it
What are your requirements for disk space and bandwidth? Perhaps someone can recommend a web host that is close to what ICD offers but with monthly payment options.

Well the if the guys likes this company let them go with it I just wonder why he can not go for annual payment. it is a pretty standard thing in Shared Hosting. And if someone has fallen in love with any particular provider before even sign ups, then I don;t see a problem to plan a relationship that would last at least one year. Otherwise I agree with the "SAVVIS argument".

Why there is no monthly billing at ICDSoft
Just a brief note on why we do not offer monthly payments...
Paying month-by-month usually involves а higher monthly fee, as well as a setup fee. Requiring $30-$50 setup fee for a service that would cost $72 for the whole year does not make much sense. A monthly fee of $6-$8 does not justify paying a setup fee which is equal to 4-5 months of service.
It is definitely not our goal to "restrain" customers for a full year. We offer 100-day unconditional money back guarantee on all payments, including renewals. Everyone can do a simple math to see whether it is better to pay a setup fee (usually non-refundable) plus a higher monthly price, or to submit a yearly payment and to have the option to get all money back within the first 3+ months.
Also, monthly billing involves higher overall transactional costs and more complex billing. We have decided that it is better to spare these additional costs for having monthly billing cycles and keep our billing simpler. Instead, we prefer spend these money and efforts for other tasks - such as improving hardware/network for example.
So indeed, we do not offer monthly payments but instead we offer 100-day money back guarantee, and we do not require setup fees. We believe that this setup protects the interests of customers better.Last edited by icdsoft; 11-04-2009 at 07:26 AM.
