We do not close for the weekend
We however do not check WHT every second of the day, and as others have said, WHT is not our help desk. After reviewing pending orders, we noticed for some reason our billing system did not initiate account creation although payment was received, interesting. For future reference, a quick email to sales or billing would address that or submitting a ticket to our client area which is located at my.aquariusstorage.com and click submit ticket after logging in.
Sorry about the long setup however you should have now received your emails and should be good to go (there was about 4 orders placed this weekend that did not automatically provision after receiving payment, so I am assuming I got yours after manually processing these orders. If I am wrong and we didn't get your order setup, please let us know immediately!)
EDIT: Wanted to stress, once again. WHT is NOT our help desk. I assure you if you would have submitted this issue as a ticket, you would have received a response in 10 minutes to possibly an hour. I do apologize for WHMCS being unable to correctly provision these handful of accounts over the weekend and we will take steps to see that shared and reseller orders are processed immediately in the future (as they usually are).
