    vpslamd.com - 24hours+ downtime

    Hi

I was using VPS on vpslamd.com for more that 2 years, and i have around 10 sites there (main IP 75.127.91.210).

But yesterday, it doesn’t back from reboot – I have network errors when trying to reach it

92 bytes from 207.210.114.178: Destination Host Unreachable

There no answer from support at all. I have contacted sales manager in online chat but it doest help too. There is no phone on their site.

And now I am really confused – It was 2+ years of good service and now… Wait one day more? Take new one VPS and try to get up from backups?

How long has it been that they havnt answered?

If your VPS doesnt come back online it could be a configuration or hardware error.

You should ask the sales manager to contact there tech department.

    Hope everything goes well.

    Cheers

After i have submit ticket it was silent for 4-6 hours. I have contacted sales via online chat and got reply like "We are going fix it" in my ticket. But since then passed 16 hours, and no news from them.

Have you still not heard from them by now? Have they told you anything about why such a downtime?

    Support reply:
"I am escalating your issue to our senior admins so that they can assist you further.

We will further keep you posted with the updates with respect to the solution for the issue."

Now it down more than 2 days.

Sales online chat was offline yesterday and there is no phone on the site

2 days downtime is a lot to wait and then find out its a hardware error, are they always this slow in responding to unresponsive servers?

    Cheers

VPSLand was pretty for last 2 years. That's why i was waiting so long.

But now it's 4+ days downtime and i am going to take new one VPS right now. But which host is more stable than vpsland?

Comparing with 4 days of downtime I think you can find enough options over the forum.

Have you tried all methods of communication and still without any success? :\ 4 days definitely is a long period of time.
