    WHMCS with Kayako

I have both installed but I can't see to find a way to turn off the support section in WHMCS and point to kayako. I read there is support from Kayako on this. Can anyone give me the short version on how to do this?

I just went to Kayako support, and they did it all. There was some error with it, and they did it all manually.

Out of interest, how well does it integrate? Is it really worth the hassle?

Go take a look at my site.

I think it works great, the integration works perfectly, and Kayako is simply the best support software there is.

Ditto to that! - Ubersmith's integrated support system is alright -- for being an enterprise software I like it alot too, actually.

Designwise it looks fine, but what about for the clients and admins? i.e do either have to login to two areas or can clients login to one and be logged into both?

The clients login to one, and can view the tickets from within WHMCS however the admins (support reps) must login to the Kayako Staff Panel to respond to tickets / etc.

What's wrong with the WHMCS ticketing system ?
Does it not enough for supporting the clients ?
Can someone tells me what is the kayako can/cannot do or WHMCS can/cannot do ?
