He riped off many Chicago investors while buying and selling dotcoms. He even got Chicago's Mayor Daley twisting for a few months with his proposal for a high-tech center.

This is getting so incredibly lame. Damn patent systems...who grants these anyway? And do they do it so that the governments can make some quick bucks off of the application(s)?

Yeah, I believe its only a US patent. And if this does hold up. I can imagine how many sites would probably move over to the other side of the world....if that perhaps would resolve this issue....
