How to contact support if main website is down?

I am using a web hosting provider , my websites hosted with them are down and their main website is also down. How do you contact support in such cases? The who is lists their website email , so I suppose that email is also not working.

It's possible that just their http server is down and mail is still up, so try emailing their support address and see if it bounces back or not.

You can also check to see if your company has a twitter or facebook page.

I have sent emails , but the emails have not bounced back yet. They do not seem to have a twitter account. When I check using an hosting uptime service , it is indicating a failure at 41 monitoring points and Ok at 8 points. Is this an indication of a network failure?

Precisely mirrors. And snowfall, showers, hurricanes are exactly the reason why the hosting company's site should at least be redundant so customers are aware of whats going on.

What is the hosting company's name? Can you do a traceroute to their website and post it here?

Get the phone number from WHOIS. How long have they been down for? Try sending an email to support or calling them.

What is that info hidden. That actually a problem and web hosting provider need to inform the customers about alternative ways beforehand

I do not follow, If the WHOIS data is private (not good business practise if it is) then why should the host have to tell the client alternative contact methods before hand?

The information would be on-site. If their service goes down then the only options would be to use the information that is posted on WHOIS or use the information that was hosted on-site such as telephone numbers and e-mail.

Looks like phoning is the best option. Surely they must have a phone number. Their business must be listed somewhere on the Internet, so just do some searching.

As I have mentioned earlier, I have checked the whois using Domaintools and other methods. I have already sent emails, but there is no response. Making a phone call may not be feasible due to time zone differences.
