Question Can't remove permanent redirect via cpanel? hwo to?

Ok, so i have access to the cpanel of the account and i have whm access and i own the server so i have pretty much full priveledges.

i am trying to get the permanent 301 redirect removed from and account so i hit remove and then i get this

Are you sure you wish to permanently remove the redirect ** All Requests ** on ** All Public Domains **

    (yes)(no)
Then i hit yes and i get this

The redirect ** All Requests ** on ** All Public Domains ** has been removed.
Then i go back to the page and its still there???

    so what do i do?

    i have cPanel 11.24.5-R38506 - WHM 11.24.2 - X 3.9

Do you see any files that begin with a . (dot)? If not, I recommend enabling the ability to view dot files in File Manager.

If you do not see a dialog each time you enter File Manager, click "Reset Interface Settings" at the bottom of the cPanel interface's homepage, reload the page and try again. This time, when you click on File Manager, be sure to show hidden (dot) files.
