Looking for FULL 24 x 7 outsourced helpdesk to support hosting network
I am looking to outsource my support.
We are an offshore company based in Amsterdam and hongkong. We currently have around 20 high end servers out there.
We are looking for a respectable, known support company to take on our servers. (Please note that only 6 are VMWare servers, 5 VPSs per host) and one shared server (soon to be three). The rest are dedicated clients.
24/7 Ticket & Live support. (Avg. 5 - 10 tickets per day)
Server maintenance [Linux, Windows, VMware, HyperVM, cPanel/WHM, Fantastico, other various well known scripts]
