    Can I edit my thread?

    I started a thread yesterday, but now i discovered that i didn't include some important information in it. is it possible to edit it now?

    Nope, you can only edit for ~5 minutes after you post it. Click the "report" button on the thread, and explain very clearly what you want edited, and be nice. If you are nice enough, the mods will change it for you.

    15 minutes, actually.
    If it's past that window, just report the post and include the changes. Someone will come along to edit for you.

    Because we would then have members returning long after the thread edit window and changing the entire meaning or removing all content. It's expected that you would take the time to make sure you have it the way you want before hitting submit and re-reading it to make sure there are no typos or errors within that 15 minutes.

    Yes, the facility of editing your post is available in WHT but the process is very complicated. This is because only after few minutes only you can edit your contents of the post by following the proper procedure for this. So I would suggest everyone that please make sure before posting your threads in WHT forums.
