Nope, you can only edit for ~5 minutes after you post it. Click the "report" button on the thread, and explain very clearly what you want edited, and be nice. If you are nice enough, the mods will change it for you.

I don't understand.. why am I not allowed to edit my own thread after 15 min???
Because we would then have members returning long after the thread edit window and changing the entire meaning or removing all content. It's expected that you would take the time to make sure you have it the way you want before hitting submit and re-reading it to make sure there are no typos or errors within that 15 minutes.

Yes, the facility of editing your post is available in WHT but the process is very complicated. This is because only after few minutes only you can edit your contents of the post by following the proper procedure for this.
